Swisher Sweets terms and conditions

Swisher Sweets terms and conditions: the basics

These Swisher Sweets terms and conditions apply to every order placed on swishersweets-cigars.com. By placing an order you agree to them. If something here isn’t clear, contact us before you buy.

Age

You must be 21 or older to buy from us. This follows the US federal Tobacco 21 law. If you live outside the US, you must also meet your country’s minimum age for tobacco. We may ask for proof of age and cancel orders we can’t verify.

Products and prices

All prices are in US dollars. We try to keep every listing accurate, including the pack count and the pouch print. If we make a pricing mistake, we’ll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund. Swisher Sweets is a trademark of its owner, and we’re an independent retailer.

Payment and discounts

Payment is taken at checkout using the methods shown there. Orders paid with crypto get 15% off. Discounts can’t be swapped for cash.

Shipping and customs

Shipping is free on every order. Delivery times are estimates. If you order from outside the US, you’re responsible for your country’s customs rules, duties and limits on tobacco. Our guides for Canada, Europe and Australia cover the basics.

Returns and problems

Because tobacco is a consumable product, we can’t take back opened boxes, and we can’t accept returns of sealed boxes once they’ve left our hands either, as we have no way to check how they were stored. If your order arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll replace the item or refund it.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us with your order number as soon as you can. Once a parcel has shipped we can’t change the address or cancel it, but we’ll help where we can.

Boxes covered by these terms

The Swisher Sweets terms and conditions apply to every box in the shop.

Health warning

Cigars and cigarillos aren’t a safe alternative to cigarettes. Don’t buy them for anyone under the legal age.

Privacy and changes

How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies. Last updated: October 2026.
