Swisher Sweets shipping in the US is free on every order. Here is how it works and what to know about the 21+ rule.
Does Swisher Sweets Cigars ship to all 50 states?
Yes, and Swisher Sweets shipping in US is free. Every order ships at no charge, with no minimum, so the total at checkout is just the price of your boxes. Pay with crypto and you also get 15% off.
How Swisher Sweets shipping in US works
Swisher Sweets shipping in US starts when you add boxes to the cart, enter your address and pay. We pack the sealed cartons in a shipping box and hand it to the carrier. Delivery time depends on the carrier and where you live. You’ll get an email when the order is placed and can follow it in My account.
US rules to know
The federal minimum age to buy tobacco in the US is 21, under the Tobacco 21 law. Some states add their own tobacco taxes or delivery rules, and the carrier may ask an adult to sign. If your state has extra rules, they apply to your order.
What to order for all 50 states
Boxes give you the most per parcel. A box of 60 like Grape or Original is a lot of smoking in a small package, and the 100-pack is even more. Not sure what to pick? Our cigarillos guide and cigars guide can help.
Ordering tips for all 50 states
Check how much tobacco you can import before you order, and stay within that. Two smaller orders over time are often safer than one big one that customs might hold. Use your full name and complete address, and make sure an adult can receive the parcel.
Paying for your order
The checkout total is the full price of the products, with shipping at no charge. If you pay with crypto, 15% comes off before you pay.
Pouch prints and what arrives
Some flavors come in two pouch prints, like 2 for $1.19 and 2 for $1.39. The print is only the US store price set by the maker, and it has nothing to do with what you pay us or what customs charges. Whatever print you choose, the cigarillos are the same and they arrive sealed in their foil pouches inside the original carton.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace the item or refund it. If customs holds a parcel, contact the carrier first, since they handle duty and paperwork.
Age rules
We sell to adults 21 and over only, in line with the US Tobacco 21 law. If the legal age where you live is higher, that applies to you.
