Swisher Sweets Cigars Privacy Policy

Swisher Sweets Cigars privacy policy: who we are

This Swisher Sweets Cigars privacy policy covers swishersweets-cigars.com. When we say “we” or “us”, we mean the team that runs this shop. You can reach us at sales@swishersweets-cigars.com.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and what you bought.
• Account details if you create one: your login email and order history.
• Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Basic technical data like your IP address and browser, which the site uses for security and to keep your cart working.

Why we collect it

We use your details to process and ship your order, confirm your age where needed, answer your messages and keep the site safe. We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

We only share what’s needed: delivery details with the carrier, and payment details with the payment provider you choose. Payment card or wallet data goes straight to that provider. We don’t store it.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to remember your cart and your login. Without them the checkout won’t work. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Keeping your data safe

The site runs over HTTPS, admin access is limited to the people who run the shop, and we keep the software up to date. No system is perfect, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we’ll tell you by email.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then delete them. Contact messages are deleted once they’re no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email sales@swishersweets-cigars.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. For general advice on your privacy rights when shopping online, the US Federal Trade Commission has a plain guide. Questions about orders go through our contact page, and the rules for buying are in our terms and conditions.
